Funding Policy and Publication Fees

Submission, peer review, and publication of articles in the Herald of the Odesa National Maritime University are free of charge.

The journal does not charge:

• submission fees;
• peer review fees;
• publication fees (Article Processing Charges, APCs);
• fees for access to published materials.

The Editorial Board guarantees transparency in all matters related to funding and ensures the absence of hidden charges or any commercial influence on the publication process.

Sources of Funding

The journal is funded by the resources of its founder and other sources that do not affect its editorial policy. Editorial decisions are made independently and are not influenced by any financial considerations.

Open Access

The journal provides immediate, free, and unrestricted access to all published materials, supporting the wide dissemination of scientific knowledge.
