Tensometric measuring pipe liquid flow meter

Abstract
The flow meter of a liquid was considered, in which, for increasing the reliability and accuracy of the measurements, liquid flow measurements were proposed for the difference in static pressure in two different pipe sections using two strain gauges. The influence of geometrical sizes and physical properties of a liquid on the magnitude of the error is considered. The structural scheme of the strain gauge measurement system for liquid flows is proposed, which allows conducting research in a wide range of flow rates.
